Project requests
Contact and broad project information submitted through a form is used to review and respond to that request. Provider sharing requires a separate optional consent. Do not submit an exact address, drawings, images, protected identities, named threats, system details, passwords, codes, response procedures, or vulnerabilities.
Analytics
Form values are not sent to analytics. Analytics is limited to controlled, coarse, non-identifying categories, and Microsoft Clarity requires explicit consent. Form regions remain masked.
Accuracy of privacy language
Retention and recipients
The authoritative project record is used for request handling. Email notification should alert the site operator to review that record rather than repeating submitted project details. Specific production retention and deletion periods will be published only after the corresponding operational policy is approved.
